Rylo is a 2 yr old designer mix of Pit Bull, Pomeranian, and Shih Tzu who has lost everything — his home, his family, his sense of belonging. For 439 days, he’s been overlooked in his kennel with zero interest, even though he’s young, loving, and so deserving of a chance.
