Sporty Matthew Goode (on screen and in real life) Part 1 Matthew is a keen sportsman. Golf is his passion (don't we know watching his interviews lol) but he also played cricket at junior County level in his youth (source: matthew-goode.net). The Adow cast Q&A at the 2020 NYCC Comicon is probably one of Matthew Goode's most hilarious interviews. It should come with a health warning. The icing on the cake was when he mimed the crew member on the set of the Greek temple in season 2 who was operating a smoke machine and a wafter while the set was wobbling due to high winds and James Purefoy was being all serious trying to say his lines while Matthew and Teresa were giggling like mad.
