Do not use an immersion blender or microwave method if you are using my recipes to pipe flowers. The heat changes the structure of the buttercream. Do this instead: First, colour your buttercream pink. Then add red to the pink buttercream. Don't worry about the pink. It doesnt show. For some reasons, the pink buttercream makes the red to bloom faster and more intense. If you want it even more red, wait a few hours or overnight, it will turn really red! 🌹 I use gel food coloring 🌹My usual brand
