And for those who need it, here are 5 things that helped me get through my c section: 1. Try to get up as soon as you can. It will be uncomfortable, but the earlier you’re mobile, the better for your body. once the catheter is out, even standing by your bed is a start to get your body feeling better. 2. Wear thos
