After stocking the Food City store in Elizabethton, Tennessee, I went fishing on the Watauga River just up the road. It was around 10AM before I got started and the trout couldn't say no to Road Kill. I have always wanted to fish this but every time I went to fish Wilbur Dam was discharging water big time.
