There is a problem I see in amateur and pro boxing.. Uneducated trainers are hurting the sport, by having there fighters doing stupid things like: ~Hard sparring all the time. ~Having them starve there selfs to lose ~weight ~ Advising not to drink water and train In a sauna suit to lose weight. ~ Calling them soft for not training when injured ~ Working HARDER rather than working smarter These are things I have seen time and time again with my own eyes… what have you seen?
