Braduleti din bezea,va las reteta mai jos,o gasiti si pe canalul meu de YouTube Anyta Cooking INGREDIENTE: -100 gr. albus de ou ( aproximativ de la 4 oua ) - 200 grame de zahar -1lingura de zeama de lamaie,colorant verde si perlute. MOD DE PREPARARE: Pentru inceput punem albusurile si zaharul pe bain marie, si amestecam incontinu pana cand zaharul se topeste de tot. Apoi adaugam zeama de lamaie , dupa care punem compozitia in bolul mixerului ( bolul trebuie sa fie foarte cald ) si mixam pana can
