12-3-30 is a treadmill workout that has gone viral on social media. I see it’s geared to beginners a lot of the time. This treadmill workout is walking at an incline of 12, speed of 3, for 30 minutes. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good workout, great cardio. But if I had tried this when I was 330 pounds, I probably would have given up after 5 minutes, left the gym, and had a binge episode. You can always try lowering the incline a bit, the speed, make it your own. Every body is capable of different
