Maginje is the Croatian name for the fruit of the Arbutus unedo tree, commonly known as the strawberry tree. It grows in the Mediterranean region, specifically you can find it on the Hvar island. The fruit is edible, but be careful! In large quantities it can cause mild digestive issues and get you a little drunk :) Maginje is often used to make jams and fruit liqueurs.
