Here are 2 simple but very effective drills that you can include into your swimming routine to upgrade your flip turns! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔥SCULL FLIPS ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Try to sit on the water while sculling with the arms. From the position use the momentum generated from the arms and head to flip the body over. If you can, take a deep breath and flip for 5 consecutive times.
