This is a fab up-cycle that I made, changing an old wool jacket that I bought from a charity shop into a man’s bag. I added webbing for the straps and gave it some wadding and quilted it. Apart from the straps and wadding, everything else came from the coat; the wool fabric, the lining and the buttons. I didn’t use a pattern, I just worked with the fabric and existing design features of the jacket to turn it into the bag. I really enjoy doing these kind of projects but they do tend to take a lot
