I started implementing quiet time about 3 months ago (essentially when nap time became a daily struggle) and every time we go upstairs, I always go over the rules and safety concerns with them. You might think 2-3 year olds can’t comprehend or understand what rules are (I agree to a certain extent) but by offering a repetitive routine with clear instructions, I think it’s worked out rather well. #quiettime #safetyfirst #rules #repetition #dadsofinstagram #toddlersbelike #positiveparenting #athom
