Do you know about the changes coming to waste collection? Garbage will be collected every-other-week starting Oct. 19 for residents in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Fort Erie, Thorold, St. Catharines, Pelham, West Lincoln and Wainfleet. Residents in Grimsby, Lincoln, Niagara Falls, Welland and Port Colborne will start every-other-week garbage collection the week of Oct. 26, and will not receive garbage collection the week of Oct. 19.
