This week, we celebrate Alvin Ailey’s iconic work ‘Cry’ with Ailey All Access. In this video compilation, current and former Ailey women come together to dance ‘Cry’ from afar. Tomorrow at 7pm Ailey All Access presents the online premiere of Judith Jamison in Alvin Ailey’s ‘Cry.’ In January of 1972, Ms. Jamison's legendary performance of Cry was filmed for The New York Public Library's archives, but it has not been shown online before now.
