This is possibly the best caramel I have ever put in my mouth 🤤 2 sticks butter 4 cups sugar 2 cups karo syrup ( I used pancake syrup, but you can use light) 2 cans of evaporated milk Mix and heat first 3 ingredients until boiling. Very very slowly added evaporated milk. Boil until about 240 degrees stirring constantly. Pour on parchment paper and cool. 3 things to note. If it’s a rainy day it may not set. It will burn very quickly, it will burn you very quickly if your skin touches it. #carame
