Look - I suggest waiting until age 14. BUT - we need to be honest about the fact that curveballs are not the reason young pitchers get hurt. It’s them pitching five innings Friday, playing the field for two games Saturday, then being brought back by coach on Sunday to pitch three or four more innings.
