Season your steak all over (salt or your favourite bbq rub) 2. Vacuum seal & into the sous vide at 54c for medium rare 3. 2 hrs later, pat dry & pan sear the steak on both sides (60-90 sec each side) to build a crust 4. Let rest for 5 mins, slice in and enjoy! S
