Opinion: Halo CE hasn't aged well and has the worst campaign
Aug 12, 2021 · In every halo since ce there have been weapons that just suck and don't fill a role in the sandbox. Smg in halo 2 - br is always better. Pistol in halo 3 - very slow, clunky, and inaccurate due to duel wielding balance. AR in halo reach - only useful if right up in the opponents asshole, and even then the dmr or pistol can kill faster.

May 25, 2020 · Halo CE straight up doesn't have co-op campaign at all on PC and Halo 2 only had it through "Games for Windows Live" which is offline. For any games that support co-op campaign but don't have native split-screen you can try Nucleus Co-op , though be warned it's quite a hassle to get set up correctly and not all games respond all that well to it.

Aug 17, 2022 · Halo even has Goldeneye / Perfect Dark controls built into the game since Halo 1 - check out your stick settings and switch it to "Legacy". Now you're playing with GE/PD's default stick setup. It's the way I play Halo and still do to this day.

Start with Halo Reach, go on to Halo: Combat Evolved than to Halo 2. Move onto Halo 3: ODST and than finish with Halo 3. I don't recommend moving onto Halo 4 as it really goes down hill right after, but if you really want to, start with halo 4 and move onto Halo 5: Guardians.

Sep 17, 2021 · Halo Reach doubling down on this entirely sucked ass. It never made the marines iconic like in Halo:CE. It just made them generic sci-fi military that any game could copy and paste. But at least we got ODSTs out of Halo 2. The lameness of the H2/3’s Marines made ODSTs all the more badass.
