I have found some information. I hope it helps you. Go to SexLabs MCM>rebuild and clean and click Clean System then follow directions.

In my (limited) experience, that behavior is usually associate with not having run FNIS following a mod installation, (vortex mod installation handles that automatically, if FNIS is installed and initialized) or not having initialized FNIS after first installing it or having just updated it.

Jun 11, 2017 · Posted September 27, 2019. Flower Girls doesn't use the SexLab framework, so I'd be surprised if that did anything. If the characters are just standing there, then it's undoubtedly a FNIS problem. Make sure you install XPMSE (for Oldrim) or XPMSSE (for SSE). When you run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe, be sure to pay attention to and fix any warnings.

If your save appears to be corrupted, go back through earlier saves until you find one that is not broken and play forward again from there.
