I have Gigspeed internet service, why is my upload speed limited?

When I took a look at Comcast's Business Gig speed, I was surprised that the upload speed was the same as I have now. When the heck will my upload speed match the download speed, or at least come closer to matching.

Note that I also use an ethernet cable to connect my laptop directly to the Modem and tested it wiredly. I am using the Netgear CM2000 Modem which supports up to 2.33Gbps speed, so it should not be the bottle net.

While the download speed is measured to be reaching 900 Mbps, the upload speed is a paltry < 4.5Mbps.
