It’s been almost two years since Burnie left RT and he’s pretty much laid low since then. I believe he’s in Scotland but I really have no idea, just going off what little info there is out there. Burnie was the glue, the soul. And by god does it make me happy he’s back and creating things again. Jul 26, 2023 · I find it funny that Burnie is ripping on Miles in this clip, when the Chorus arc he and Gray made is my favorite arc of the series (don't worry, individually season 6 is my favorite). I noticed this years ago when time after time Burnie would recommend something on the RT podcast - a book, movie, video game, snack, whatever it may be - and pretty much every single time, I would end up loving it. Ready Player One is literally my favourite book of all time and it is because of Burnie Burns (The Martian is a close second).

When you have a good story, you tell it multiple times, and as you do you repeat the best parts for max effectiveness. Him repeating so many lines isn’t the part that tickles my fancy, it’s the fact that Gavin repeated himself from the original telling of the story on the podcast.
