I purchased a Citizen Eco Drive watch from Jomashop in feb 2024. They sent me a totally fake watch. I tried to initially register the watch on the citizen app. It failed to verify. I called Citizen. They verified it was a fake. I sent them a message using the Jomashop support website. They haven’t responded. I’m calling support in the morning.

Dec 26, 2022 · Their warranty is 2 years from purchase date. I lost the crown on my watch (don’t know how) about 4 years after purchase. Since it didn’t have a warranty I took it to an AD. The AD sent it to Rolex Service Center in Queens, NY and it was repaired and serviced for around $1000. No issues with it being a fake whatsoever.Jomanshop is legit.

Here’s my Jomashop philosophy: I have bought watches from them, and they have been delivered pretty quickly just as described and keeping good time. No issues there. HOWEVER, I would be wary of buying super expensive watches from Joma. As others have stated, watches from Jomashop do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Dec 19, 2022 · Legit, but not great. Ordered a couple times and things were fine. All those items were listed as “in stock.” Last order was a mix of “in stock” and “usually ships in 3-8 days.” Order split into multiple shipments. First goes out fine.

Jun 21, 2023 · 100% legit. Never had to use their customer service, because after a dozen+ transactions, I've never received a damaged product and never had anything get lost in the mail. They are a very large group - tens of millions of dollars a month in product moving through there.

I essentially bought it without warranty. But even if I do need to pay for a service from the manufacturer myself I still would have saved several hundred dollars. As it is I've saved roughly $1100, and actually more like $1600 if you consider that I didn't have to pay the 10% sales tax in my state. So yeah I think they're pretty fuckin legit lol.

Jomashop now has the watch serviced/repaired by an outside watchmaker. They botch the job, since Jomashop wants to do it on the cheap. Watch is now sold on to customer B. Hence why some people get watches with damage and/or dust or gasket issues, when they are supposedly new. I'd NEVER buy a watch from them based on all the reports I've seen.

Jomashop and Ashford likely do the same. The thing with Jomashop is that they often place products on sale that they don't actually have in stock, but will attempt to source only after it has been sold. When it says "ships in X to y days" they often don't actually have it in stock.
