Oct 11, 2008 · I am guessing your Hair must have been an orangey Colour for them to put that on, as the ash (if Blue tone Ash) will neautralise the orange tones. It will fade away in time. I find Herbal essences is a good stripper for Hair colour. I actually use L'oreal pre forme as its good at stripping product build up and dirt from the hair.

I did go in with lightener and foils and toned everything with T18 wella toner. The result was beautiful she loves it. However the roots right in front, where she was most salt/gray is not covered enough.

Blue ashes are usually common in 9/10 levels, they aren't as powerful but still allow you to create different blondes tones. If you didn't hair variation in shades, then you would just have 10V 9V 8A etc so you could only create one colour on a client.
