Nov 7, 2017 · I just got the iPhone X on Saturday and I've noticed that I when I unlock my screen (using the passcode), there is a black loading screen that shows up sometimes for a few seconds and then reverts back to the lock screen where I have to unlock again. Oct 5, 2023 · iPhone X is not capable of running iOS 17. But there will be no issue moving the data from an iPhone running a lower iOS version to an iPhone running a higher level iOS. The difficulty would be if you updated your old iPhone to a higher iOS version than the new phone ran. That's not going to be your issue.
