Jorge Uribe Villalobos was a motorcycle enthusiast and was on his way back from a rally in Plain, Washington, when he was hit and killed.

Per CHP, the crash happened just after 8 p.m. on Monday, on the 805's southbound lanes, just north of Telegraph Canyon Road.
