The luxury group that owns brands Gucci and Saint Laurent has struck a deal to sell majority stakes in three of its high-profile Parisian real estate properties to French private equity group Ardian.

The French group said it will receive net proceeds of €837 million. Kering will retain 40% of the ownership in the prime real-estate portfolio.

Prosecutors and a lawyer for a woman charged with sneaking aboard a New York-to-Paris flight say they’ll try to work out a plea deal for her.

Svetlana Dali, who allegedly snuck onto a Delta Air Lines flight from NYC to Paris, has been indicted by a grand jury in New York.

Calling it “an unattended death” aboard the flight, Massachusetts State Police said someone called the Crime Scene Services Section about the death.

According to the Massachusetts State Police, 53-year-old Barbara Dipoli of Topeka, Kansas, was a passenger on an Air France flight from Paris to Boston when she suffered a medical episode during the flight. The episode resulted in her untimely passing. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause and manner of death.
