The president of the Heritage Foundation allegedly told people he killed a dog because of its incessant barking

Kevin Roberts, chairman of the conservative Heritage Foundation and the "mastermand" of the Project 2025 plan for the next Republican administration, boasted to colleagues that he beat a dog to death with a shovel.

Roberts allegedly told university colleagues that he had killed the animal because it was "disturbing his family."

Former colleagues recalled to The Guardian that Kevin Roberts, the president of the Heritage Foundation, told them that he had killed his neighbor’s pit bull around 2004 because the dog’s barking was bothering his family.
