Alabama running back Jam Miller reportedly will miss the Crimson Tide's season-opening matchup against Florida State on Aug. 30 after suffering an upper-body injury in a scrimmage on Saturday, per ESPN's Mark Schlabach.

With Miller out, sophomores Richard Young and Daniel Hill are expected to carry the load for No. 8 Alabama at running back.
