A suspected DUI driver was arrested shortly after midnight Thursday after a two-vehicle crash left one man injured in the Skyline neighborhood, authorities said.

Jorge Uribe Villalobos was a motorcycle enthusiast and was on his way back from a rally in Plain, Washington, when he was hit and killed.
