Kaioken increases power but poses risks like exhaustion due to intense ki control. Only Goku has mastered Kaioken, using up to x20 but never combining it with Super Saiyan.

In the anime, Goku has used Kaio-Ken x20 once before. The hero used the technique against Freeza on Namek, but the villain was able to blast away the Kamehameha Goku made with the power-up.

While fighting Hit, Goku decided to use Super Saiyan Blue with the Kaioken on top of that, mostly called Blue Kaioken, thus giving him a massive upgrade in speed and strength.

It has been confirmed that Goku will explode and mix his Super Saiyan Blue form with KaioKen x 20 once again, which should surely be enough to beat Jiren, however; that is not the case.
