Residents in a northern New Jersey city are growing more frustrated as they endure a fourth day with little or no water service following a water main break

The Wayne Avenue break is much smaller, with a 7 inch pipe. Crews are working on getting the water back to about a half-dozen residents who live on Wayne Avenue near Crosby Avenue. Some of those residents told CBS News New York they just got the water back on last night.
