England soccer great Wayne Rooney has some beef with Tom Brady after some pointed comments by the NFL superstar in a fly-on-the-wall documentary.

Wayne Rooney said it was “very unfair” for NFL legend and Birmingham City co-owner Tom Brady to question his work ethic during his short spell at St Andrew's. Rooney, 39, was dismissed by Birmingham after just 15 matches and 83 days in charge. Under his leadership, the Blues managed just 10 points from a possible 45.

Rooney took over just eight weeks after Brady bought a stake in the club, but it wasn't a pairing that would bear fruit for the Blues. "I've seen that either this week or last week from Tom Brady, and I think it was a very odd comment.
