A part of West Seventh Street in downtown St. Paul is closed due to a sinkhole in the roadway, city officials say.

A sinkhole that opened up in January has still has not been fixed leaving residents "fed up" and "frustrated". Part of Kidmore Road, in Caversham, Berkshire, collapsed after a pipe burst, leading to its closure. Residents said there had been a lack of communication from Thames Water over the matter.
