Las Vegas strolls into the bye with a 4-3 record after the first seven weeks of the campaign and ends 9-8 overall with two wins at the end of the year to not only bolster confidence, but show the team is building a foundation of what’s to come in following years.

The Las Vegas Raiders had a few good showings from some of their depth wide receivers who are all fighting to make the initial 53-man roster. Alex Bachman, who was Aidan O'Connell's primary target before Bachman left the game with an injury last Thursday, played very well.

In his return to the National Football League after a season away, Pete Carroll plans to do things the way he always has. The Las Vegas Raiders should develop into a better organization because of it.
