Nvidia's H20 chips pose security concerns for China, a social media account affiliated with China's state media said on Sunday, after Beijing raised concerns over backdoor access in those chips.

Nvidia’s H20 chips, designed specifically for China, have been labeled unsafe and environmentally unfriendly by the country’s state media.

The move came two weeks after the Trump administration reversed course to allow Nvidia to sell the coveted artificial intelligence chips in China.
