Kensington Palace has finally taken action to address an apparent error made by a well-known royal reporter, who incorrectly suggested in September that Kate Middleton never had cancer but was instead diagnosed with “pre-cancerous cells.

Kate Middleton’s cancer battle is at the center of a wild new conspiracy. The Princess of Wales, 42, said she was cancer free in September, six months after she confirmed she was undergoing chemotherapy treatment for her diagnosis. However, conspiracists are suggesting Middleton may not have had cancer at all.
