Since replacing President Joe Biden at the top of the Democratic ticket in July, Harris has been met with a flood of donations, bringing in $200 million in her first week as a presidential candidate, Axios reported. She also raised $47 million in the first 24 hours following her first debate with Trump, which took place last week in Philadelphia.

Vice President Kamala Harris has accepted an invitation to debate former President Donald Trump on October 23, according to CNN. The Democratic candidate posted to X on Saturday that “I will gladly accept a second presidential debate on October 23. I hope [Trump] will join me.”

Following last week's ABC News debate, Donald Trump said there would be no more debates between himself and opponent Kamala Harris.
