An anonymous John Doe claims in a new lawsuit that he was scouted while busking on a street and sexually assaulted by Combs after meeting him.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused in a new lawsuit of raping a 17-year-old boy at a New York City night club in 2012. The lawsuit was filed in New York state Supreme Court on behalf of an anonymous man, who accuses Combs, 55, of drugging and anally raping him in the back room of a SoHo club when he was a teen.

Music mogul Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing a new lawsuit accusing him of sexually assaulting a man in 2022. The plaintiff (John Doe) filed the suit anonymously through attorney Tony Buzbee on Monday (US time). In the New York County Supreme Court filing obtained by USA TODAY, Doe alleges he was "drugged and forcefully raped" by Combs.

The accuser claims that at an after-party at the venue, he was offered Ciroc vodka — a brand promoted by Combs — allegedly said to be from the mogul himself. Soon after he started drinking, he began feeling lightheaded, according to the complaint.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been sued by another John Doe who claims that the incarcerated mogul drugged and assaulted him. Attorney Tony Buzbee filed the suit in New York earlier today on behalf of a John Doe who alleged assault from an incident that took place in 2015.

The alleged victim claimed that he did not report the incident because of “Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed.”
