According to KCRG, Blue Bunny recalled the product due to plastic possibly being introduced into the product during its preparation. All of the recalled ice cream and frozen yogurts are in three-gallon tubs and have an expiration date ranging between March and October 2026.

Well Enterprises, the maker of Blue Bunny, Halo Top and more, has recalled over 17,000 tubs of 3-gallon ice cream products over concerns about the presence of plastic.
