Criminals are not nice people, not even the Canadian ones. In news from our northern neighbors, a car thief posed as a potential buyer only to run over the owner with his own vehicle while driving away.

Doorbell footage in Canada captured the face of the woman who posed as a buyer while her accomplices waited nearby in a Bentley

The video shows a woman ringing a doorbell and inquiring about buying the 2022 Porsche Cayenne parked in the driveway in response to an Auto Trader advertisement. Another angle shows the suspect sitting in the driver’s seat of the Porsche, as the owner tries to open multiple locked doors from the outside.

The incident took place earlier in September when a man showed a woman his Porsche that he had advertised for sale in Mississauga. Police released the doorbell footage, which also showed a second car police believe was involved in the incident.

Police in Canada have issued an appeal seeking a woman who posed as the potential buyer of a Porsche before stealing it and running over the owner.
