The Montgomery County Commission has approved a resolution asking the Tennessee Department of Transportation to fully fund a pedestrian bridge across Purple Heart Parkway.

The planned development will also include luxury residential and office space highlighting historical downtown Franklin.

Germantown approved a new retail development thought to set the standard in the suburb’s most undeveloped region.

The Square at Forest Hill Heights retail center in Germantown is planned to be roughly 27,000 square feet and have eight or nine tenants.

Lone Tree Pass is set to open at the end of the year. It will be home to 57 condos and at least six spaces for retail and restaurants.
