Police have identified the suspect wanted in connection with a shooting at the Maine Mall in South Portland on Wednesday.

PORTLAND, Maine (WGME) -- Portland has issued a citywide parking ban from 10 p.m. Thursday until 6 a.m. Friday. Vehicles left on city streets after 10 p.m. can be towed at the owner’s expense.
