Berachah Church will open its doors on Monday morning to watch Middletown native J.D. Vance take office, and the Middletown High School Marching Band perform in the inaugural parade.
Vance was born in Middletown in 1984 and attended Middletown schools until he graduated in 2003 with an honors diploma.
