A gun safe has been recalled because of a malfunction that allows it to be opened without a key or combination. A bolt malfunction can cause the Stack-On Sentinel safe to open.

Consumers have reported three incidents in which Stack-On biometric gun safes were accessed with unpaired fingerprints, including by children.
