Meta told employees it's developing a new type of coding interview where candidates will be able to use AI assistants.

Meta told employees that it is going to allow some coding job candidates to use an AI assistant during the interview process, according to internal Meta communications seen by 404 Media.

The admission process includes a phone interview, a critical-thinking and problem-solving coding test, and a final interview with the academic department.

Uber is targeting engineers with small coding tests that they take while in a ride.
