PyTorch 1.2 was released earlier this month. The deep learning framework has now been integrated with some Azure services by Microsoft, along with helpful notes as to its usage on the cloud platform.

Microsoft provides a library of notebooks to help you learn other tools, including using Python with its CNTK deep learning framework and building and training Azure ML models.

Microsoft Azure Notebooks is available free of charge and represents yet another way for people to learn programming and data science outside of traditional schooling.
