CLEVELAND, Ohio – Supplemental shakes that might have been contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes have been recalled. Lyons Magnus recalled the 4-ounce cartons of Lyons ReadyCare and Sysco Imperial frozen shakes after the products’ manufacturer, Prairie Farms Dairy Inc., recalled them from its Fort Wayne, Indiana, facility.

A Listeria monocytogenes outbreak connected to frozen supplemental shakes distributed to foodservice and long-term care facilities has sickened at least 38 people across 21 states.
