It’s a fresh start for Canada’s Emanuel Miller. The Scarborough, Ont., native is signing a two-way contract with the Chicago Bulls, ESPN reported on Friday. Miller was not selected in June’s NBA draft after spending five seasons in the NCAA — two with Texas A&M before transferring to TCU for his final three.
