The Boston Red Sox should be looking to hit the trade market in search of another infielder to add to the roster this season.

After missing over a month of action due to a quad injury, Alex Bregman had a positive update on Monday at Fenway Park.

First, though, Bregman is looking to return to the roster and provide a spark for an underperforming team that enters Monday’s series opener with the Reds at three games below .500 (41-44). The Red Sox are hopeful the healthy returns of both Bregman and Masataka Yoshida will catalyze an offense that has often looked dead in the post-Devers era.
