The Alabama Crimson Tide's AP Poll ranking has been revealed following a week that included a rough loss at Missouri.

This season marks the seventh year the NET rankings are used as the primary metric for assessing college basketball teams when it comes to NCAA Tournament selection and seeding. The NET takes into account game results, strength of schedule, game location, net offensive and defensive efficiency, as well as quality of wins and losses.

The Alabama Crimson Tide dropped two spots in the latest women's basketball AP Poll Top 25 on Monday afternoon.

Auburn was ranked No. 1 once again in the USA TODAY Coaches Poll, which was released Monday, securing all 31 first-place votes as the Crimson Tide slipped to No. 4. In the AP Top 25 Poll, the Tigers secured 59 of 60 possible first-place votes, with Florida securing the only other top spot on a ballot.
